30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Defective or damaged items are covered even if opened.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a request through our Order Support form with your Order ID (found in your confirmation email or your Amazon/Walmart order page).
- Our team replies within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns can’t be matched to an order and may delay your refund.

Refunds
To request a refund, submit our Refund Request form with your Order ID. Once your refund is approved (or your return is received and inspected), we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we will make it right with a replacement or full refund — including shipping. In many cases we won’t ask you to ship the item back; a photo of the issue is enough.
- Change of mind: full refund of the product price once the return arrives. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original order must reach us unused and in original packaging.
- Order never arrived: contact us and we will trace the shipment, and replace or refund it if it is lost.
Replacements
Need a replacement part or a new unit? Choose “Need Replacement” on the Order Support form. Replacements for defective items within 30 days are always free.
Amazon & Walmart Orders
If you purchased through Amazon or Walmart, you may use that platform’s return center, or simply submit our forms with your marketplace Order ID — we support every order, wherever you bought it.
Items We Can’t Take Back
- Desiccant packs that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items damaged by misuse or modification.
- Returns sent without prior authorization.
